How the service works

The service is available

  • in person;
  • by telephone;
  • by sending an e-mail to your reference library (see contacts);
  • by filling in the form to request an appointment with a librarian.

Response time

Simple requests

If you want to know: 

  • where a book is available;
  • how to use online catalogues;
  • what services you can get from the university libraries;

the response is immediate.

Complex requests

If you want help with:

  • conducting a subject-based search;
  • identifying keywords to be used in databases;
  • identifying the types of documents retrieved;
  • using the Library’s reference materials;
  • managing bibliographical references or compiling a bibliography;

it is advisable to request an appointment.
