by filling in the form to request an appointment with a librarian.

where a book is available;
how to use online catalogues;
what services you can get from the university libraries;

the response is immediate.

Complex requests

If you want help with:

conducting a subject-based search;
identifying keywords to be used in databases;
identifying the types of documents retrieved;
using the Library’s reference materials;
managing bibliographical references or compiling a bibliography;

it is advisable to request an appointment.
