In compliance with current copyright laws, the Code of Ethics of Italian Psychologists, and internationally recognised principles of professional ethics and qualification, the use of psychology tests is restricted to individuals with appropriate academic or professional credentials, and is governed by the following rules:
• only Psychology Department professors are allowed to borrow tests for teaching or research purposes;
• the tests held in the Psychology section of the Library cannot be used for test administration;
• materials cannot be photocopied or reproduced in any way (unless explicitly authorised in writing by the publishers);
• users not registered with the Italian Professional Register of Psychologists or that of Medical Doctors must have their request form co-signed by a professor from the Department of Psychology.
Test consultation is permitted to the following users:
• professors of the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna;
• students, upon submission of the attached form signed by a professor of the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna;
• registered psychologists and medical doctors specialised in psychology-related fields holding a professional license card. They must complete the attached form and present their card and a valid identity document.
